Our Mandate

dig! is an independent magazine devoted to promoting an awareness of the jazz culture in Winnipeg. Its mandate is to be a clear, convenient and organized bi-monthly publication featuring articles about local, national, and international jazz musicians, upcoming performances and workshops, as well as historical context, interviews, reviews, CD and book recommendations, and letters to and from the editor.

All revenues above magazine production costs go to the dig! Magazine Bursary Fund, supporting students U of M Jazz Studies Program.
